Grace and Peace! Youth for Change, the youth ministry of The New Testament Church of Milwaukee, believes that God desires to bring revival and change to the city of Milwaukee through the youth. Their 3rd Annual citywide Change the City Youth Rally will be held for three days this year. The kick-off will be on July 9th at the New Testament Church Central City location on 2400 W. Center Street. The rally will move to 96th & Allyn Road in Brown Deer on July 10th and the final day, July 11th will be held at New Testament Church of Milwaukee on 10201 West Bradley Road. The Rally, including performances and food, is free and open to the public.
